How often should you sanitise your mattress and have your rugs and upholstery cleaned ?
We recommend having your mattress sanitized and your rugs and upholstery cleaned every 6 months. This should be increased to every 3 months if you or a member of your family suffers from asthma or dust mite allergies.
Do you just sanitise or can you also clean ?
Our technicians are fully trained to identify and clean a variety of different fabrics. We can leave your sofa and rug looking great as well as improving your indoor air quality.
Do you use chemicals ?
We offer both options. With most stains and fabrics, using chemical products is a necessary approach to get the best results – do not believe companies that tell you otherwise. However, we do have a range of organic products that we can use.
For mattresses, we use a commercial vacuum and we also use a specialized remUVe UV sanitising device.
Isn’t vacuuming myself enough ?
Domestic vacuums do not have the power to reach deep inside a mattress where dust mites and their faeces can go. Also, this will not adequately remove soils from your carpet. Try us to see and feel the difference!
How long till I can use my furniture again after it has been cleaned ?
Our onsite supervisor or manager will advise you regarding this, but normally for wet cleaning we would recommend leaving it for 3 – 6 hours to be on the safe side. For dry cleaning processes, you can use it almost immediately afterwards.
Do you do move in / move out cleaning and post-construction cleaning ?
Yes, we do a lot of these jobs and our technicians specialise in removing those tough stains, leaving your new home looking great!
